Job summary

Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a seasoned Supply Planner to ensure smooth operations and inventory targets across our organization in Mexico. You will coordinate with Demand Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance to align supply with business needs, while managing supplier relationships and risk.

The role calls for 5+ years in supply planning or related fields, strong Excel and ERP/MRP skills (D365 preferred), and the ability to prioritize across a cross-functional landscape,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, procurement, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, PivotTables, XLOOKUP) for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems; D365 preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply plans that meet customer demand, inventory targets, and business objectives.
• Monitor supply and inventory performance to minimize excess inventory, shortages, and disruptions.
• Own material availability for assigned suppliers and commodities via proactive planning and coordination.
• Act as SME for designated suppliers and material categories.
• Monitor supplier capacity constraints and raise risks impacting production or delivery.
• Manage material shortages with recovery plans to minimize business impact.
• Build relations with suppliers to ensure supply continuity and timely delivery.
• Communicate forecasts, demand changes, and inventory needs to suppliers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, and Finance.
