Jabil in Mexico seeks an experienced manufacturing leader to plan, direct, and coordinate production, machinery, processing and packaging operations. You will drive performance, safety, and continuous improvement across multiple teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in a manufacturing supervisory position, with proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent while delivering results aligned with corporate objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Five years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, interview and hire Assistant Manufacturing Managers, Line Managers, and MIT’s.
• Coach and mentor managers to deliver excellence to customers.
• Identify development needs and create/train curricula.
• Establish clear measurable goals and monitor results.
• Drive cost reduction by streamlining processes and systems.
• Forecast development and accuracy for the department.
• Lead large teams and coordinate activities during crises.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality policies.
