Versigent designs and delivers the systems that move power through modern technology. The Manufacturing Manager leads the production team to meet safety, quality and cost targets, guiding Supervisors, professionals and operators in a fast-paced, continuous improvement environment.

This role requires 5 years of manufacturing experience (2 as manager), an engineering degree, and the ability to balance lines, train staff, enforce safety rules, and coordinate with other functions to exceed customer

The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading the production team (Supervisors, professionals and operators) to achieve all the objectives of the main indicators required and ensure that they are met according to EHS, Quality and Corporate standards.

Being part of continuous improvement initiatives to meet the required annual cost reductions, ensuring at all times that the plant is prepared for any future challenges that may arise.

YOUR ROLE

• Supervises compliance with the plant's production schedules, ensuring predetermined cost standards.
• Ensures compliance with quality levels (FTQ)
• Ensures optimal use of human resources in the production area through proper balancing of production lines.
• Comply with and enforce safety rules.
• Responsible for training new staff (supervisors & team leaders) in key functions of the area.
• Responsibility and authority to make decisions about the lines that run under your load, that ensures the best performance.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• 5 years on manufacturing experience required, 2 of them as Manufacturing Manager. Desirable experience in harness automotive industry.
• Engineering in any field and master's degree preferred.
• English level intermediate
• Demonstrated excellent employee and customer relations.
• Previous experience coordinating efforts with other areas to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, NPI experience.
