Multiwin de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a bilingual Spanish-Mandarin professional to support plant management and facilitate cross-language communication.

The role centers on coordinating daily operations, following up on tasks, and ensuring information flows accurately between teams, with training to progressively take on supervisory responsibilities. You will work with multiple departments, help prepare reports, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Formación

• Proficiency in both Spanish and Mandarin Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

Responsabilidades

• Support the coordination and follow-up of daily plant operations.
• Facilitate communication between Spanish-speaking and Chinese-speaking personnel, ensuring accurate communication of information and instructions.
• Assist in identifying, clarifying, and following up on issues related to daily operations.
• Monitor the completion of tasks, agreements, and priorities established by supervisors and management.
• Maintain ongoing communication with different departments to promote effective coordination and operational continuity.
• Assist in preparing reports, gathering information, and tracking operational performance indicators.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Receive training in manufacturing processes, personnel management, and operations administration, with the goal of progressively assuming greater responsibilities.
