Lear Corporation in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an IT Application Development and Deployment Specialist to lead floor shop control system implementations across North America. You will manage broad functional areas with limited supervision, combining advanced technical expertise with strategic policy evaluation.

You will also provide second‑level support and act as a critical liaison between plant IT and corporate IT teams.

Formación

• Degree: BS/BA or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: 6+ years of relevant IT deployment or management experience.
• Industry: Manufacturing with ERP/MRP systems; automotive industry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement policy and strategy for short‑term results (within one year).
• Address problems ranging from difficult to moderately complex.
• Influence others outside own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
