LEAR CORPORATION in Mexico is seeking an IT Application Development & Deployment Specialist to lead implementations of floor shop control systems across North America. This role requires strong technical expertise and management of IT application development.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of relevant experience, a BS/BA degree, and preferably manufacturing experience with ERP systems. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are an advantage. Join us to support critical IT functions in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of relevant IT deployment or management experience.
• Manufacturing experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably in the Automotive industry.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage IT application development and deployment.
• Implement policies and strategies for short-term results.
• Serve as a liaison between plant IT and corporate IT.

Conocimientos

IBM iSeries programming

Program architecture understanding

Bilingual (Spanish-English)

Educación

BS/BA degree or equivalent
