You will support improvement projects, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, graduating December 2027 or later.
• Communicate in English, spoken and written.
• Able to adapt quickly, learn new concepts, and work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, process improvement, and industrial engineering concepts.
• Strong initiative, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support manufacturing improvement projects focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Analyze production data and KPIs to identify process optimization opportunities.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to solve manufacturing challenges.
