COFICAB Americas is seeking a hands-on HR leader to design and implement strategies aligned with our manufacturing operations. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, supporting engagement, labor relations, and a people-focused environment.

The role requires strong HR analytics, experience in a maquiladora setting, and fluency in English. Travel between sites is expected to meet business needs and drive organizational effectiveness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years HR experience in manufacturing/maquiladora environment.
• Strong operational mindset with deep understanding of manufacturing operations, labor relations, absenteeism, turnover, and productivity.
• Hands-on, business-oriented HR leader able to be present in day-to-day workforce matters.
• Ability to translate business challenges into effective people strategies and actions.
• Experience managing HR metrics and KPIs using data to identify trends and risks.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican labor legislation and HR best practices.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy.
• Serve as liaison between management and employees; address concerns and workplace matters.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes.
• Support talent development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
• Oversee HR systems, policies, processes, and procedures across the organization.
• Promote a positive, inclusive work environment and high-performance culture.
• Oversee performance management and compensation structures; administer benefits.
• Assess training needs and coordinate training programs.
• Provide HR insights and reports to support decision-making.
