Kohler Co. is seeking a General Supervisor for the Kohler Sanimex Plant in Juárez, NL. This role coordinates tests in the Fit, Test & Pack department, oversees product quality, and ensures timely shipments. It requires strong leadership and focus on regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, safety adherence, and collaboration with the Quality and Materials teams to meet production goals.

Formación

• Preference Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Preference minimum 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Green/Yellow belt preferred.
• Bilingual capability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages department with respect to expenses, overtime and productivity.
• Supervises classification of finished product: A1’s, Rework and Cull.
• Fulfils the finished product tests.
• Supervises assembly of the product.
• Supervises packaging and shipment of finished product.
• Defines working procedures for the department.
• Coordinates with materials department equipment and staffing to meet quality and deadlines.
• Follow-up weekly production schedules.
• Collaborates with quality control to resolve quality problems.
• Reports output levels daily for the department.
• Ensures shipped products meet quality standards and regulations.
• Guards total quality of shipped product in terms of performance, packing, amount and assembly.
• Comply with Health and Safety roles and responsibilities.
