Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a production operator in Aguascalientes to support front-end manufacturing and ensure alignment with production plans and safety rules. The role focuses on wafer preparation, following specifications, and contributing to efficient line outputs.

The operator will perform basic machine setup, monitor quality, and coordinate with maintenance for repairs while adhering to EHS procedures and work instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required.
• Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues.
• Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.
