Job summary

Bosch in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a product cost controller with 2-3 years in cost controlling to support KPI-driven financial steering and value stream budgeting. You will analyze material costs, overheads, and P&L drivers, prepare business plans and quotations, and participate with product teams to improve EBIT, using SAP and MS Office, while communicating in English. This role emphasizes clear storytelling of KPIs and financial insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in product cost controlling.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in manufacturing sector.
• Proactive, team player and good communication skills.
• Storytelling skills to translate complex financial KPIs, operational variances, and P&L drivers into concise storylines and takeaways.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Material analysis (prices, usage deviations, consumables, etc.).
• Analysis of overhead cost centers impacting EBIT.
• Value stream budget controlling and steering support.
• Product cost reduction project evaluation (RPP).
• Quotations and project calculation for existing and new business opportunities.
• Benchmark preparation and active role to support financial competitiveness of JuP1.
• Leadtype preparation and analysis.
• Involvement and understanding of the manufacturing concept and operation related to the product to support financial steering.
• Active participation with product team and value stream to support KPI achievement.
• Business plan unit costing & standard calculation.
• Business plan preparation including target derivation input support for central controlling department.
