Job summary

Bosch México is seeking an analytical Cost Analyst to join the finance team in Juárez, Mexico. You will analyze production costs, labor, and overhead, producing reports and forecasts to support budgeting and profitability decisions.

The role requires strong Excel skills, cost accounting expertise, and experience with ERP systems (SAP CO is a plus). Bilingual English/Spanish communication is essential in our international team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Solid understanding of cost accounting principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software; SAP CO is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects with accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish; English as working language
• Familiarity with manufacturing or production cost analysis is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze and track production costs, labor expenses, and overhead allocations to identify cost drivers and variances
• Prepare cost reports and variance analyses, comparing actual costs against budgets and investigating deviations
• Develop and maintain cost models and forecasts to support budgeting and financial planning
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and accounting teams to gather cost data and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements, presenting recommendations to management
• Maintain and update cost accounting systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting
