Description Garrett in Mexicali, Mexico (On-site) is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to drive Engineering, Quality, and NPI initiatives. You will strengthen technical and behavioral competencies, foster accountability, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve AOP/SIOP targets.

The role requires strong ERP/CMMS proficiency, strategic budgeting, and a proven track record in lean manufacturing, process optimization, and regulatory compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 50001.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field relevant to manufacturing.
• 5+ years in a similar leadership role within manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience with ERP and CMMS systems, process optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leads Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and NPI teams.
• Drives plant-wide continuous improvement through lean initiatives.
• Manages capacity, plant layout, and process optimization.
• Owns internal and customer quality processes and 8D/CAR resolution.
• Leads cross-functional New Product Introduction activities.
• Ensures compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 50001, PFMEA.
