Caterpillar Inc. in Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the development and introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring robust processes for machining, assembly, paint, and related operations.

You will partner with Design, Advanced Manufacturing, and Product Groups to deliver safe, cost-effective, and scalable solutions that meet quality, delivery, and capacity goals.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Leads manufacturing engineering teams for new product development and production readiness.
• Defines and improves processes for machining, assembly, painting, tooling, and layouts.
• Partners with Design Engineering and Advanced Manufacturing on manufacturability and capability.
• Supports capacity planning and scheduling to meet customer demands and project timelines.
• Drives NPI/NSI/EC projects with chartering, risk management and launch readiness.
• Leads implementation of new machinery, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinates capital projects, equipment moves, and facility layouts with leadership.
• Communicates with customers and cross-functional teams to align requirements and launch performance.
