AMETEK, Inc. in Reynosa, MX, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the engineering and maintenance teams, delivering safe, lean, cost‑effective manufacturing processes. You will oversee capital projects, NPI, ECN, and product transfers to improve efficiency and product quality across our Bison unit.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong Lean and problem‑solving skills, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities to collaborate with global teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years in a similar manufacturing engineering role.
• Experience leading a technical team is preferred.
• Lean manufacturing experience and knowledge of process transfers.
• Experience with NPI and Engineering Change Notice processes.
• Experience in electric motor manufacturing is preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise the Manufacturing Engineering team across engineering and maintenance.
• Define safe, lean, reliable, and cost‑effective processes.
• Set resources and capabilities for the Manufacturing Engineering function.
• Develop plans to meet targets and KPIs with Operations Director.
• Monitor performance and provide KPI reporting.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence initiatives.
