Corporate Recruiters, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for a high-mix, high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing operation in Nuevo León. The role focuses on improving lead times by mapping processes and implementing best manufacturing practices.

You will direct a team of 13 engineers and leverage value stream mapping and lean methodologies to optimize labor-intensive operations and diverse processes. The ideal candidate is a senior engineer or manager with bilingual English and Spanish

Formación

• Industrial engineering degree.
• 15 years overall experience in engineering.
• 5 years in a Senior or Management Role.
• Recent experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience in High Mix High Volume operations.
• Experience in labor intensive operations with diverse processes.
• Fully bilingual English and Spanish.
• Value stream mapping and lean manufacturing.

Our client operation encompass diverse processes and technologies, from robotics, molding, extrusion and high labor intensive cells. Its is a high mix high volume 24/7 plant. The main role of the Manufacturing Engineering Manager will be to improvelead times by mapping processes and implementing best manufacturing practices accordingly.Directs a team of 13 engineers. This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Engineer or Manager to enhance their professional value.
