• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Advanced English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Leads Manufacturing Engineering teams responsible for new product development and production readiness.
• Defines and improves processes for machining, assembly, paint, tooling and layouts.
• Partners with Design Engineering to evaluate manufacturability and automation opportunities.
• Supports capacity planning and alignment of resources to meet commitments.
• Implements new machinery and process changes to improve safety, quality and cost.
• Coordinates capital projects, equipment moves, and installations.
• Communicates with stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and timing.
