Jabil seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to drive efficiency and excellence in electronic manufacturing, SMT processes, and PCBA assembly. You will lead ME and machine support engineers, optimize processes, and partner with testing and quality teams to meet production goals.

Experience with Fuji equipment and strong problem-solving abilities are highly valued. This role focuses on continuous improvement and collaboration across internal and external teams.

Formación

• Ability to lead Manufacturing Engineers and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of electronic manufacturing and SMT processes.
• Proficient in problem solving and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Manufacturing Engineering function to optimize production efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with Test and Quality Engineering leads to drive process test optimization.
• Develop and implement best-in-class engineering solutions across the site.
• Support Engineering Manager with equipment needs and labor forecasting.
• Mentor and develop ME staff and technicians with clear performance plans.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to meet manufacturing goals.
