Vertiv is seeking an engineer with a strong background in manufacturing processes to lead process definition, line design, and LO/FPY activities at its Reynosa facility. The role emphasizes Lean practices, safety, and performance dashboards to monitor scrap, materials, and setup times.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in Engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing, and fluency in English and Spanish. Proficiency with MS tools and a proactive approach to improvement are essential.

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (≈90%).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret customer quality requirements.
• Computer skills in MS tools.
• Creative and capable with modern electronics manufacturing technology.

• Process Definition and Manufacturing Readiness with the deliverables: Layout, Line Balance, Cell/Line Design, Material Presentation, Tooling and Fixturing, Process Documentation, Training and FPY
• Business Unit and Functional KPI tracking and performance: Scrap, Operation Supplies, Change Over, Standard Hrs
• Cost Reduction Projects
• Lean / Operational System Implementation within Business Unit: Standard Work, SMED, Poke-Yoke
• Root Cause Analysis, Preventive and Corrective Actions Implementation
• Safety & Ergonomics: Lead Job Safety Analysis evaluation to detect, correct or mitigate safety risks and exposures

QUALIFICATIONS

• +3years experienced in manufacturingprocess.
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Bilingual. 90% (English, spanish)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret customer quality requirements.
• Computer skills in MS tools
• Should be creative and should posses ability to use modern technology in Electronic manufacturing process
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet the expected goals within time using advance technologies in electronic manufacturing area
