Vertiv is seeking a manufacturing program leader to align plans with product roadmaps and drive NPDI execution. You will manage testing equipment, lead new product introductions, and coordinate between plants to ensure on-time product transfers and cost-effective manufacturing improvements.
The successful candidate will bring 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and a track record in Lean/Six Sigma, with the ability to coach teams in a transformational environment.
BSME/IE/Business Operations Management and 3-5 years manufacturing experience or equivalent
MSME/IE/MBA and 5+ years of Advanced Manufacturing experience
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.
