Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manufacturing Production Process Engineer to design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for efficient mass production. The role is onsite at a Regal Rexnord facility, offering independence and scope to impact daily work priorities.

You will plan equipment layouts, sequence production operations, run process tests, and advise design engineers on specifications to optimize equipment use while ensuring regulatory compliance across production lines.

Formación

• University degree (or equivalent) in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree.
• Experience improving production processes in manufacturing.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Manufacturing Production Process Engineering focuses on designing, developing, and implementing new or revised production processes for the efficient/economical mass production of goods including:

• Designing arrangement of manufacturing equipment to ensure most efficient and productive layout
• Designing the sequence of production operations, specifying procedures for the fabrication of applicable tools and equipment, and adapting machinery in response to factory conditions
• Conducting tests throughout all stages of production to determine control over applicable variables and troubleshooting/solving production problems
• Providing guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications that will best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques
• Ensuring that production processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations

This job family is in the professional level category and works independently with flexibility and authority over daily work priorities.

Incumbents in this job level category may provide work direction to other employees but would not typically have the authority to discipline or reward other employees.
