TACNA Services in Mexicali is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to provide daily production-floor support. You will troubleshoot process, quality, and equipment issues and contribute to improving procedures, SOPs, and control plans.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on productivity and quality improvements. The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree and 2–5 years of manufacturing/industrial engineering experience, plus conversational

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering (internships may be considered).
• Conversational English (spoken and written) to communicate with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily manufacturing support on the production floor by troubleshooting process, quality, and equipment issues.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, control plans, and process documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
