GKN Aerospace in Chihuahua, Mexico seeks an engineering professional to perform planning, design and modification of fixtures, tools and manufacturing processes. You will resolve production problems and complete documentation on assigned parts.

The role involves developing, evaluating, and documenting manufacturing processes; implementing process control techniques; and coordinating inspections with Quality Engineers to ensure quality and efficiency. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Proficiency in English
• +5 years of experience in configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, evaluates, improves and documents manufacturing processes
• Develops and implements process control techniques including work instructions using tools such as SPC, PFMEA
• Analyses manufacturing process flows continually for the improvements of quality, cost reduction, lead-time reduction for new work
• Collab orates with other functions to ensure effective production methods
• Coordinates part inspection procedures with Quality Engineers.
• Addresses and documents cause and corrective action issues to prevent future problem occurrences.
• Determines required material and tools for production
• Creates and registers changes to work instructions
