Corning Incorporated in Reynosa seeks a Global Information Security Manager to lead information security initiatives across North America, EMEA, and APAC, shaping standards and governance while protecting critical technologies in manufacturing and engineering environments.

You will partner with engineering, operations, IT, HR and corporate teams to drive risk reduction, culture change, and compliance, traveling internationally as needed and influencing leadership through clear security

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information security or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience in information security.
• Experience developing and deploying security policies and plans.
• Experience in manufacturing environments with global/multi-site exposure.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to leadership.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• English proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deployment of information security strategies, standards, and governance across global OCS operations.
• Assess vulnerabilities and drive audit, mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, technology, and manufacturing teams to protect trade secrets during new programs and installations.
• Influence security culture across plants, corporate teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance.
