Vertiv seeks a Manufacturing Change & Engineering Specialist to manage COs, DSs and CRs across PLM and ERP tools. You will collaborate with engineering to improve product manufacturability and BOM accuracy, coordinate SKUs releases, and drive CC B processes.

The role balances administrative tasks with hands-on coordination in a manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in manufacturing, 1–2 years with ERP/PDM, and strong English, leadership and project management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years experience in manufacturing and mechanical processes.
• 1-2 years experience in ERP and PDM systems.
• Advanced English level, both written and verbal.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional relationships across multiple teams and locations.
• Strong prioritization and urgency sense.
• Strong leadership and project-management skills.
• Expertise in HVAC, liquid cooling, thermal systems, automotive, or electronic industries.
• The role is primarily in a manufacturing facility requiring regular site visits and PPE.
• Role is 50% administrative and 50% operational.

Responsabilidades

• Track COs and Deviations through PLM to ensure timely completion across ERP tools.
• Collaborate with Engineering to define and improve products for manufacturability and BOM accuracy.
• Coordinate SKUs release and COs peer reviews with corporate process owners.
• Incorporate CRs from manufacturing, operations, and quality needs.
• Generate and follow up Deviations per Fit, Form and Function analysis.
• Validate drawings, 3D models and schematics for correct fabrication.
• Review PCCs and define BOMs per line capacity and layouts.
• Assess CO/D deviations impact and coordinate tasks across departments.
• Manage Change Control Board (CCB) for effective change implementation.
