Capital One busca un Senior Lead Software Engineer (IC) para liderar un portafolio de proyectos de software en un entorno de microservicios y nube.

Trabajarás con JavaScript, TypeScript, Python y Go, AWS, Docker y Kubernetes, mentoreando al equipo y colaborando con gerentes de producto para entregar soluciones escalables que impulsan la transformación tecnológica de la empresa. Se requieren 8+ años de experiencia y 5 años en AWS, con fluidez en inglés avanzado.

Formación

• Bachiller o superior requerido
• 8+ años de experiencia en ingeniería de software
• 5+ años de experiencia en computación en la nube (AWS)
• Conocimientos en Python, JavaScript, TypeScript o Go
• Capacidad para guiar y coachar a un equipo de ingeniería y influir en stakeholders
• Maestría valorada
• 2+ años de experiencia en prácticas ágiles

Responsabilidades

• Liderar un portafolio de proyectos de software con microservicios y soluciones en la nube
• Mentorear y guiar a un equipo de ingenieros y colaborar con stakeholders

Manager Software Engineering (Individual Contributor) Do you love building and pioneering in the technology space? We are seeking Sr Lead Full Stack Software Engineer who are passionate about marrying data with emerging technologies. As a Capital One Senior Lead Software Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One. Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and partner with a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices, and full stack systems to create solutions that help meet regulatory needs for the company.

Share your passion for staying on top of tech trends, experimenting with and learning new technologies, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring other members of the engineering community, and from time to time, be asked to code or evaluate code. Collaborate with digital product managers, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment.

Utilize programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and Go, Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, container Orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and a variety of AWS tools and services.
