Capital One is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer in Mexico City to help design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services. You will collaborate with Agile teams and product managers to deliver cloud-based solutions that empower customers and enhance financial experiences.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in Java, 3+ years with AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker, plus strong English communication. Bachelor's degree required; internship experience does not count.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in Java.
• 3+ years of experience with AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS / OneKube).
• Performance/load testing experience.

• Collaborate with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support full-stack solutions focused on backend services.
• Deliver robust cloud-based solutions that empower millions of users.
• Work with product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
