WeWork Reforma Latino is seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-based backend services. You will collaborate with Agile teams, leverage Java, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to deliver scalable solutions that support our digital product initiatives.

Advanced English is required, and a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of software engineering experience is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 3 years of software engineering experience (internships excluded).
• 4+ years of Java experience.
• 3+ years of AWS experience.
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS / OneKube).
• Experience with performance/load testing; Python as a programming language.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in full‑stack development tools and technologies.
• Deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive experiences for users and empower financial decisions.
• Utilize Java, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes to build scalable backend services.

• 4+ years of experience in Java programming language
• 3+ years of experience with AWS
• Experience in Kubernetes (EKS / Onekube)
• Performance / Load Testing experience Python as programming language
