Kautex is seeking an ISC Manager for its Silao plant in Mexico to oversee delivery coordination, warehousing, and logistics optimization. You will manage cross-functional teams, implement EHS standards, and drive process improvements aligned with regional strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Support and Manage plant issues with respect to customer delivery/supplier delivery/forwarder management/scheduling/materials management
• Support packaging opportunities that fit with plant requirements and regional strategy
• Support warehousing improvement opportunities/optimization aligned with plant and regional strategy
• Lead internal team meetings to evaluate plan vs execution, root causes, and countermeasures
• Implement EHS standards and guidelines and ensure ISC Standard Processes are followed
• C&FT Compliance owner for the plant
• Identify improvement opportunities in scheduling, information and material flow, and logistics network
• Audit inventories and components to ensure correct management and supplier capacity
• Train and coach employees and set PMP targets
• Develop teams and align with other departments and regions

What awaits you:

• Support and Manage plant issues with respect to customer delivery /supplier delivery / forwarder management / scheduling / materials management
• Support packaging opportunities that fit with plant requirements and regional strategy
• Support warehousing improvement opportunities / optimization and activities that are aligned with plant and regional strategy.
• Ensure and support correct and safety forklift management, maintenance preventive and corrective.
• Ensure and support correct and safety warehouse docks management, maintenance preventive and corrective.
• Lead internal team meetings within the department on a daily basis to evaluate plan vs execution, root causes for deviations, look for possible countermeasures.Discuss with other departments on a daily basis the outcome of internal meetings, highlight issues, define countermeasures.
• Implement EHS standards and guidelines
• Ensure all ISC Standard Processes are being followed
• C&FT Compliance owner for the plant
• Identify and evaluate improvement opportunities in the plant with respect to:
• Scheduling / information and material flow / materials movement to POU / sequencing / mode of transport / logistics network and frequency / warehousing / purchasing / etc.
• Audit physically and in the system inventories and components requirements to ensure the correct management of them and ensure customer requirements and suppliers capacity.
• Ensure cycle accounts are doing accordingly with calendar.
• Follow up escalated KSI and ISC processes.
• Train and coach employees.
• Set SMART and achievable PMP targets.
• Develop teams, identify weaknesses, and set a plan to strengthen the team.
• Support and align with other departments, other plants, regions, globe.
• Is responsible for ensuring and participating in compliance with all local, state and federal laws, as well as government regulations, Kautex and Textron internal guidelines.
• Is responsible for ensuring that the procedures corresponding to his area of work are carried out and followed in matters of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and local regulations, as well as the reporting of any deviation, incident, or accident to his supervisor of both quality and safety and environment issues detected in the company.

What you'll need to succeed:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or comparable education or Scheduling training.

Practical experience in ISC area and People Management.

Experience with SAP CDP-MM-PP.

Advanced English language skills required.
