Kautex in Mexico-Puebla is seeking a Supply Chain professional to manage monthly closing for materials and logistics, and ensure timely delivery to production. You will review invoices in SAP, monitor requirements, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, >5 years in automotive supply chain with SAP experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. This is a full-time, first-shift position based in Puebla.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience with SAP, especially invoice processing and materials management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• >5 years of supply chain experience including logistics and manufacturing in automotive.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-of-month closing activities related to materials and logistics operations.
• Review, validate, and approve supplier invoices in SAP.
• Monitor material requirements and ensure timely delivery to production.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards in all logistics operations.
• Oversee port and border movements for inbound components.
• Create declaration of value and coordinate with customs broker all imports.
• Continuously improve processes through AI and Industry 4.0 tools.
• Enter all imports into the SAT system.

What awaits you:

• Manage end-of-month closing activities related to materials and logistics operations.
• Review, validate, and approve supplier invoices within SAP in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor and track material requirements, ensuring timely delivery to support production schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies in invoices, shipments, or inventory.
• Analyze data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards in all logistics operations.
• Oversee port and border movements to ensure a timely and compliant delivery of all inbound components.
• Assist with Tariff recovery as necessary
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including procurement, finance, and operations.
• Create declaration of value (manifestation de valor) for all imports
• Coordinate with the customs broker all the imports and review the pedimentos
• Continuously improve process through use of AI and Industry 4.0 tools both internally and externally
• Enter all imports into the SAT system

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience working with SAP systems, particularly in invoice processing and materials management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• > 5 Years Supply Chain Experience including Logistics and manufacturing in automotive industry.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages are preferred.
• Detailed understanding of Mexico trade regulations and requirements
