Sovos is seeking a Manager, Infrastructure Programs to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact technology initiatives across global teams. You will provide strategic oversight, ensure projects are on time and within budget, and mentor Project Managers to raise delivery standards.

You will champion change management, risk mitigation, and financial stewardship, while giving executive visibility into project status and outcomes. A strong leader in complex environments is essential.

Formación

• 7+ years of project management experience in technology, infrastructure, or operations
• Strong English communication skills
• Availability to attend the office once a week in Condesa, CDMX
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional, multi-team initiatives
• Experience mentoring Project Managers
• Strong background in change management, risk management, and budget ownership
• Excellent communication, financial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-moving environments

Responsabilidades

• Provide senior-level oversight for a portfolio of cross-functional technology and operations initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
• Lead complex, high-visibility projects directly as needed
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, setting expectations for delivery quality and execution standards
• Drive effective change management, risk mitigation, and operational readiness across initiatives
• Own portfolio-level budget planning, forecasting, and financial discipline in partnership with finance and leadership
• Deliver clear, executive-level visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, and financial health
• Establish and reinforce delivery governance, documentation standards, and operational handoffs
• Promote continuous improvement in project delivery practices and team capability

The Work You'll Do

As Manager, Infrastructure Programs, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of high-impact technology and operations initiatives across global teams. You will provide strategic oversight and execution discipline, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role is responsible for mentoring and developing Project Managers, driving continuous improvement in delivery practices, and maintaining consistent execution standards. You will champion change management, risk mitigation, and financial stewardship, while offering executive-level visibility into project status and outcomes. Your leadership will directly influence the quality and success of Sovos' infrastructure programs, supporting our mission to deliver world-class compliance solutions.

More Specifically, You Will

What We Need From You

• Experience working with globally distributed teams
