The Coca-Cola Company in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Operations North Zone (Mexico), LATAM to lead strategic technical operations across the regional supply chain. You’ll drive efficiency, quality, and food safety while partnering with bottling partners to optimize performance.

Candidates should bring 7+ years in supply chain or technical operations, a relevant engineering degree, and fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of increasing responsibility in supply chain, logistics, or technical operations in FMCG/beverages/multinational.
  • Strong analytical, governance, project management skills; fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide strategic technical leadership across TI&S C for the North Zone Mexico and LATAM.
  • Oversee Quality, Food Safety and Environmental initiatives with bottling partners.
  • Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in supply chain activities.
  • Develop integrated planning ensuring alignment with commercial, finance, and manufacturing.
  • Manage senior relationships with key suppliers and vendors; monitor KPIs.
  • Collaborate with QSE, Commercial, Finance and Manufacturing teams.

As the Senior Manager, Technical Operations North Zone (Mexico), LATAM you will provide strategic technical leadership across E2E supply chain and Quality/Food Safety programs and requirements for one of Coca-Cola's most dynamic and complex regional networks. You will drive operational excellence, champion collaborative partnerships with bottling partners, and spearhead initiatives designed to maximize efficiency, reliability, quality and food safety requirements and cost-effectiveness in all bottler's operations. Potential travel throughout the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Deliver strategic and technical guidance to bottling partners and internal teams, supporting all Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TI&SC) functions to achieve business objectives.
  • Support and assure that the assigned Bottlers and bottling plants in the execution of Quality, Food Safety and Environmental initiatives and programs.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee and continuously improve day-to-day supply chain activities and Quality and Food Safety practices, in line with best practices and company objectives.
  • Integrated Supply Chain Planning: Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to schedules and operational procedures; guarantee that supply chain activities are closely integrated with commercial, finance, and manufacturing.
  • Supplier and Vendor Management: Establish and manage senior relationships with key suppliers, vendors, and sub-contractors to ensure resilient, high-performance supply chains.
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of challenging the status quo by experimenting, adapting, and implementing agile solutions to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Risk and Performance Management: Identify and mitigate risks affecting supply operations; track KPIs and drive actions to achieve volume, cost, quality and food safety, and service targets.
  • Collaboration and Influence: Partner with internal stakeholders (QSE, Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing) and bottler teams to ensure business continuity and foster a people-centric, collaborative culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of increasing responsibility in supply chain, logistics, or technical operations, ideally in FMCG, beverages, or a multinational environment.
  • Very good understanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management framework and methodologies, QSE metrics and commercialization processes (KORE requirements).
  • Prior experience in leading large-scale, cross-functional operations and managing relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and leadership skills, with proven capability in driving operational improvements and transformative initiatives.
  • Excellent communication abilities in both Spanish and English.
