Pfizer in Mexico City is seeking a Manager, Performance & Insights to lead analytics development, evaluate commercial performance, and generate actionable insights that guide business decisions. This hands-on role partners with US-based PAI colleagues and does not involve people management.

You will design data pipelines, build dashboards, and apply statistical and ML methods to patient, payer, and market data.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of analytics, BI, or data analysis experience.
• Strong SQL, Python, or R proficiency.
• Advanced professional English communication.
• Experience integrating data from multiple sources.
