GRAMMER AG, a global automotive systems supplier, is seeking a line feeding operator at our Tlaxcala, Mexico site. You will manage material supply to production lines, ensure accurate end-of-shift reporting to the warehouse leader, and maintain correct labeling and materials identification on the floor.

Formación

• SAP experience with modules LS24, LT01, LT24, MB51, COGI is required.
• Experience with FIFO and Kanban systems is necessary.
• Forklift operation and use of picking lists.
• Secondary education or a related field of study is required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage material supply to production lines.
• Ensure optimal shift performance and report accurate information to the warehouse leader at the end of the shift.
• Maintain proficiency at the competency levels for which you have been evaluated.
• Adhere to and follow up on quality alerts issued to the area, as well as those relevant to your specific role.
• Adhere to and follow up on "Flat 4" and "Flat 5" alerts.
• Complete daily checklists, ensuring first-level maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Actively participate in proposing and implementing improvement ideas.
• Apply standardized work procedures.
• Participate in problem-solving via line-level QRAP.
• Ensure that containers supplied to the production area are free of outdated labels.
• Fulfill production line requirements.
• Correctly identify materials.
• Understand and apply warehouse fundamentals (Flat, Raw Material Receiving, Shipping, and Invoicing).
• Participate in warehouse team meetings.
• Comply with workplace safety rules.
• Support the Safety and Environment Department in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
• Understand and engage with the area's performance indicators.
• Attend training and development opportunities.

What are your main tasks?
