Grammer AG in Mexico is seeking an experienced Injection Process Engineer to oversee and optimize plastic injection molding operations across automotive interiors and seating systems. You will set up machines, program servo robots, and manage resin mixing and hot runner molds.

The role requires at least 5 years in the automotive industry and a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. You will collaborate with production to ensure quality, standardize processes, and drive continuous

Formación

• Knowledge of the plastic injection molding process and scientific molding.
• Overhead crane operation; mold mounting and dismounting.
• Interpretation of water flow and connection diagrams, and wiring diagrams for cavity sensors.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Processes, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and set up plastic injection molding machines.
• Set up and program servo-robots.
• Set up and operate resin mixing systems.
• Operate hot runner molds.
• Operate auxiliary equipment such as: mold temperature controllers, dryers, vision systems, metal detectors, vacuum systems.
• Offline mold preparation.
• Set up mold protection and ejector settings.
• Process adjustments based on scientific molding principles.
• Create process parameter sheets.
• Collaborate with production to ensure quality and standardize processes.
