Danfoss GmbH in Mexico is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance and preventive/corrective tasks on the production line equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. You will support engineers during installation and commissioning, while maintaining adherence to maintenance plans and KPIs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, ownership of tools, and contributing to a more efficient future in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Experience with electric ovens and 480 VAC three-phase systems (110V, 220V).
• Maintenance experience on laser and resistance welding electrodes.
• Experience maintaining Die Bonding equipment.
• Experience maintaining selective soldering equipment.
• Experience with leak testing maintenance using a spectrometer.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues and support continuous improvement in production.
• Assist engineers in process control and improvement, and identify, resolve, and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems.
• Ensure machinery and equipment operate efficiently and comply with safety standards.

The Impact You'll Make

As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in Daily maintenance and execution of tasks for preventive and corrective maintenance of the pressure sensor and gas detector sensor line equipment, to ensure efficient operation of the equipment and compliance with safety standards, as well as meeting the maintenance department's KPIs Your impact? Provided support to engineers during the installation and commissioning of production equipment throughout the project. Executed preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on time and according to the maintenance plan. You’ll collaborate with functions and take ownership of tools , helping us move toward a more efficient future

What You’ll Be Doing

• Troubleshot machinery and equipment issues, performed maintenance on production tools and fixtures, and supported continuous improvement initiatives in production.
• Assisted engineers in process control and improvement, and identified, resolved, and repaired electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic problems in production equipment.
• Ensured machinery and equipment operated efficiently and complied with safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience with electric ovens. Familiar with 480 VAC three-phase electrical systems (110V, 220V).
• Experience in maintenance of laser and resistance welding (electrodes).
• Preferred experience in maintenance of Die Bonding equipment.
• Preferred experience in maintenance of selective soldering equipment.
• Experience in leak testing maintenance (using spectrometer)
