Stellantis Financial Services in Toluca seeks a Maintenance Supervisor - Welding Expert to lead the maintenance team in a manufacturing setting. This role drives TMS activities, Autonomous Maintenance, and root cause analysis to ensure daily performance and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has deep welding expertise, robotics, PLCs, and automation knowledge, with demonstrated leadership and experience managing unionized resources in a plant environment.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
- Advanced welding technologies experience.
- Strong expertise with industrial robots (ABB, FANUC, NACHI, COMAU).
- Proficient in industrial communication networks (ControlNet, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, PILZ).
- Experience with RSLogix 5000 and GuardLogix PLCs.
- GD&T knowledge and induction curing systems familiarity.
- Experience with crimping presses and robotic roller hemming systems.
Responsabilidades
- Lead maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Execute Total Maintenance System (TMS) activities and Autonomous Maintenance initiatives.
- Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement through Shop Floor Management.
- Manage unionized resources and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Support cost management and maintenance budgeting.
