Stellantis in Toluca seeks a Maintenance Supervisor - Welding Expert to lead welding-focused maintenance operations on the shop floor. The role emphasizes TMS activities, autonomous maintenance, and professional maintenance initiatives to ensure daily performance.

The ideal candidate combines deep welding technology expertise with robotics, PLCs, and industrial network proficiency, along with proven leadership managing unionized teams in a manufacturing setting.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Extensive welding expertise across resistance, arc, projection and laser welding.
Strong knowledge of industrial robotics and PLCs.
Experience with industrial networks and automation systems.
Leadership experience managing unionized resources.

Responsabilidades

Lead maintenance operations in a welding-focused manufacturing environment.
Drive Total Maintenance System activities and autonomous/professional maintenance initiatives.
Lead root cause analyses and support continuous improvement through shop floor management.
Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate with unionized resources.
