Stellantis in Toluca, Mexico is seeking an experienced maintenance lead to ensure compliance with safety, energy, environmental and quality standards. You will direct maintenance activities to deliver high-quality equipment, maximize uptime, and meet cost targets through careful planning and the Maintenance Domain Methodology.

You will track degradation, set replacement cycles, support autonomous maintenance with production, and ensure proper tools and spare parts flow.

Formación

• Experience in automotive maintenance planning and execution.
• Ability to analyze failures and implement countermeasures.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance activities to deliver high-quality, available production.
• Control maintenance planning and assign activities in the maintenance system.
• Analyze degradation patterns and optimize replacement cycles.
• Collaborate with Production supervisor to enable autonomous maintenance.
• Manage spare parts flow and cost related to daily operations.
