Descripción de la vacante

Stellantis NV is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor - Welding Expert to lead maintenance operations in a manufacturing setting. The role drives TMS activities, Autonomous Maintenance and Professional Maintenance initiatives, and ensures daily operational performance.

You will lead root cause analysis, manage unionized resources, and support continuous improvement through Shop Floor Management practices. The ideal candidate has strong welding expertise, plus experience with industrial automation,

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
Advanced knowledge in welding technologies including resistance welding, electric arc welding, projection welding, and laser welding.
Strong knowledge of conveyor systems (Power & Free, Chain-on-Edge, Inverted Power & Free).
GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) knowledge.

Responsabilidades

Lead maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment, executing TMS activities and autonomous/professional maintenance initiatives.
Drive daily operational performance and safety compliance.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Manage unionized resources and coordinate maintenance teams.
