Dana Canada Corp. is seeking a Maintenance Group Leader to oversee daily maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility. You will lead and schedule technicians, assign work orders, and ensure staffing to support production needs.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of applicable experience, plus 3+ years of relevant work. You will coach and train team members, respond to breakdowns, and drive safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
• Lead and schedule maintenance technicians, assign work orders, and ensure staffing.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Maintain records of maintenance work and spare parts inventory.
• Support planning and budgeting for maintenance resources.
