ZF LIFETEC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment availability and drive performance improvements in our manufacturing environment. You will lead maintenance teams, monitor KPIs like MTTR and MTBF, and coordinate with engineers to optimize processes and reliability.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytical skills, and experience with HMIs, robotics, and electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic drawings.

Formación

• Experience leading maintenance teams in an automotive or manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety and internal controls requirements.
• Experience with HMIs and robotics programming is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead maintenance activities to ensure equipment availability.
• Track KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance cost.
• Coordinate with manufacturing engineers and processes.
• Implement process improvements for performance.
• Drive quality and reliability improvements across lines.

Your Tasks

• Work on Safety to take care for all employees and facilities.
• Work in Maintenance KPI (Availability, MTTR, MTBF, Cost)
• Maintain Equipment available for manufacturing
• Improve the manufacturing process to have better performance.
• Take actions to improve products quality and avoid failures.
• Participate in following meetings with manufacturing engineers and all processes

• Manage Employees

• Strong Experience in Internal Controls
• The successful candidate must have high legal and ethical standards.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
• HMIs Programming
• Communication protocols knowledge and work experience (Profinet, Ethernet, IOLink, RS232)
• Electric, Pneumatic, Hydraulic drawings reading
• Frequency Variators knowledge and experience
• Servomotors and Drivers Knowledge and Experience
• Robots programing experience
• Work Shift Availability
