KIA Mexico is seeking a Maintenance–Finance Liaison based in Pesquería, NL. The role connects maintenance with Finance, Purchasing, Warehouse, HR and ISO to streamline processes and ensure alignment across departments.

You will monitor budgets, generate management reports, track attendance and training, and coordinate audits and maintenance projects on site. Fluency in English and an engineering degree are required.

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps at an intermediate level.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Fluent English (B2-C1) required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the budget and maintenance investments.
• Generate reports and KPIs for management.
• Track staff attendance, training and documentation.
• Coordinate and monitor projects, audits, and administrative maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering
• Knowledge Power BI y Power Apps (intermediate)
• At least 3 year of experience
• Fluent English (B2 - C1)
