Kia Mexico seeks an Inventory Clerk to support the annual inventory program at our facility in Nuevo León. You will help ensure parts production and equipment availability through established processes, planning, and safe, quality-focused operations.

Requirements include at least 1 year of experience, willingness to work the night shift, and knowledge of SAP ERP to review workflows and resolve discrepancies.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse.
• Willingness to work night shift.
• Experience with SAP ERP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule cyclical counts based on production needs.
• Analyze system workflows to optimize inventory.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce costs and improve productivity.
• Oversee operational staff to meet daily inventory requirements.

Objective:

Support for the inventory team in reviewing the annual inventory program. Ensure the production of parts and availability of equipment, based on processes, procedures and planning, to guarantee the product with quality, taking care of productivity and safety.

Tasks

• Scheduling of cyclical counts based on production needs.
• Analysis of system workflows.
• Analysis and resolution of inventory discrepancies.
• Generating ideas for improvement to optimize resources or reduce costs.
• Management of operational staff to ensure compliance with daily inventory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience
• Willingness to work the night shift
• Knowledge SAP ERP
