• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting maintenance, reliability, manufacturing, or industrial operations environments.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies and maintenance planning processes.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM, MP9, or similar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and resources for planned work.

• Analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate maintenance windows and external service providers to minimize disruptions and ensure efficient execution.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience supporting maintenance, reliability, manufacturing, or industrial operations environments.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies, as well as equipment criticality analysis and maintenance planning processes.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM, MP9, or similar maintenance management systems.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders.
