Danfoss is seeking a Maintenance Planner in Querétaro, MX. This on-site role focuses on maximizing equipment reliability through planned, preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience supporting maintenance, reliability, manufacturing, or industrial operations environments.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methodologies and maintenance planning processes.
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM, MP9, or similar systems.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance.
• Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and resources for planned work.
• Manage work orders and maintenance schedules through CMMS tools, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and execution.
• Analyze equipment performance and maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate maintenance windows and external service providers to minimize disruptions and ensure efficient execution.
