New Fortress Energy is seeking a knowledgeable Maintenance Planner for our offshore platform, based in the Gulf region. You will develop maintenance plans, coordinate LTSA negotiations, manage spare parts, and publish Look Ahead schedules to support reliable operations.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of CMMS experience (Maximo, SAP, IFS), exposure to LNG or hydrocarbon facilities, Spanish bilingual capability, and strong Primavera scheduling skills.

• 7+ years of experience with Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience with LNG or Hydrocarbon processing facilities.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Working knowledge of Primavera planning/scheduling software.
• Skilled in preparation of Look-ahead plans and scheduling techniques.
• Knowledge of process equipment and components.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee development of maintenance plans, strategies, and procedures.
• Negotiate Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) with vendors such as Siemens, Baker Hughes.
• Develop strategy for spare parts inventory and storage.
• Prepare and publish Area Maintenance Look Ahead schedules and lead look-ahead and daily planning meetings.
• Ensure maintenance schedules are consistent, planned, and aligned with priorities.
• Maintain shutdown schedules to cover outstanding corrective work.
• Monitor and manage Area Maintenance backlogs to minimum levels.
• Coordinate Integrated activity scheduling and resource leveling for maintenance jobs and campaigns.

The Role:

We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to be based in the company's offshore platform. We are entrepreneurial, fast- moving, and motivated by a desire to change the way that energy and electricity are delivered around the world. We are looking for a motivated, highly experienced individual with shared beliefs and passion to come and help drive the journey.

As the Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for…

What you will do:

• Oversee development of maintenance plans, strategies, procedures, etc.
• Participate in negotiation of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA’s) with Siemen’s, Baker Hughes, etc.
• Develop strategy for spare parts inventory & storage
• Prepare and publish the Area Maintenance Look Ahead schedules and facilitate Look Ahead and Daily Planning meetings
• Ensure maintenance the schedule is consistent, completed according to plan and is in accordance with corrective maintenance priority settings
• Ensure continuity by maintaining a shutdown schedule for any outstanding corrective maintenance work
• Ensure that the Area Maintenance execution backlogs are continuously monitored and maintained at agreed minimum level
• Ensure Integrated activity scheduling & Resource levelling of maintenance jobs along with campaign shutdowns, equipment overhauls, shutdowns & Minor Pits jobs

What you bring:

• Available to work a 28/28 rotation schedule
• 7+ years of experience with Computer Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo, SAP, IFS)
• Experience with LNG or Hydrocarbon processing facility
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Working knowledge of the Primavera Planning / scheduling software is also essential for this position.
• Skilled in preparation of Look-ahead plans of various types and scheduling techniques.
• Knowledge & understanding of various process equipment’s and its components
• Skilled in Coaching and Communication
