Primo Brands is seeking a maintenance technician to perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment at our Poland facility. You will repair, rebuild, and optimize systems, identify waste reduction opportunities, and support cost-saving PM programs to keep production running smoothly.

Applicants should be proficient in English, have strong problem-solving skills, and be available to work shifts, holidays, and weekends as needed.

  • Dismantle, clean, repair electrical, electronic and mechanical components.
  • Maintain preventive maintenance logs and repair records.
  • Communicate and train staff to prevent production losses.
  • Follow safety standards and provide backup support as needed.

Compensation

$42.47 / hour $42.97 after 90 days and $43.47 after 180 days upon successful review

Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM -3:00 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance and testing on equipment
  • Perform maintenance tasks to include repairing and improving, from minor rebuilds to major overhauls on all equipment
  • Identify processing waste reduction opportunities and assist in reduction projects
  • Participate in preventative maintenance program to help reduce costs of operations through PM optimization
  • Dismantle, clean, repair and test electrical, electronic and mechanical components to determine component-level failure Communicate, coach, and train employees to continuously improve team’s ability to prevent loss of production and respond safely to equipment failures
  • Maintain preventive maintenance logs and accurate records of all testing and repairs
  • Recommend equipment to be included in preventive maintenance programs
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to identify all potential mechanical and electrical issues with equipment throughout the plant
  • Rebuild worn-out, but reusable, pieces of equipment, such as gearboxes for scheduled PM’s
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and repair all mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic machine systems
  • Eliminate machine failures from recurring by utilizing the Breakdown Analysis process
  • Focus areas will include but are not limited to Production support, Mechanical Room, Water Processing, Boiler Room, and Wastewater Treatment Water Chemical Treatment Program
Qualifications
  • Provide the best source of customer orders with proper facilities based on production and demand
  • Create inter-plant warehouse transfers for non-produced items
  • Create warehouse transfers to outside warehouses to fulfill build inventory requirements
  • Approve customer short lead orders, perform changes and allocations, and work with proper areas regarding availability issues
  • Handles high volumes of daily emails while managing reports and tasks
  • Run and maintain daily reports and files used in the day-to-day planning operations
  • Provide daily and weekly review of metrics for production attainment, on-time delivery, order filling, ability and planning, production constraints, and workarounds
  • Provide daily and weekly reports including updates to current schedules; processed orders in SAP; and key directives for teams to execute
  • Communicate potential problems and opportunities related to forecasted and non-forecasted orders and recommend alternatives and process improvements to cross functional teams.
  • Maintain SAP master data for production priorities, supply areas etc.
  • Follow company safety standards and safe work practices consistently Provide backup support for other planning roles as needed
