PepsiCo Mexico is seeking a Sales Productivity & Transformation Manager to lead end-to-end productivity initiatives, delivering savings and efficiencies while aligning cross-functional stakeholders. You will own governance, drive action plans, and push value realization across the PMF Sales Organization.

The role requires 3–5+ years in commercial excellence or related fields, strong analytical skills, and advanced English.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration; MBA a plus.
  • 3–5+ years in Commercial Excellence, Productivity, Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or related functions.
  • Advanced analytical and financial acumen including business case development, OPEX management, benefits tracking, and value realization.
  • Strong project management and governance capabilities; experience managing multiple initiatives.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present data, context and implications to senior leaders.
  • Advanced English required; ability to influence and collaborate.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset; strong organizational and networking abilities.

Responsibilities
THE OPPORTUNITY

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of Sales Productivity initiatives, ensuring the delivery of savings, operational efficiencies, and value realization. As the governance owner of the Productivity agenda, it drives cross-functional alignment, stakeholder engagement, and disciplined execution of action plans. The role challenges existing operating models by identifying and implementing scalable productivity opportunities, reimagining processes, and driving continuous improvement across the organization

YOUR IMPACT

As Sales Productivity & Transformation Manager your scope would consist of …

  • Lead the OPEX Productivity Agenda for the PMF Sales Organization.
  • Drive value realization and timely execution of action plans
  • Ensure appropriate support from relevant stakeholders (Sales and support functions leaders) towards identifying and driving productivity results
  • Coordinate a Governance with Sales functional teams to monitor progress and drive accountability for action plans.
  • Support the planning, tracking, and financial management of the AOP
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies through financial and commercial analysis.
  • Manage the day-to-day agenda with Central Productivity securing time and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success.
  • Report results at relevant forums
Qualifications
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration.
  • MBA a plus but not required.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Productivity, Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or related functions.
  • Strong experience managing productivity, cost savings, transformation, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Advanced analytical and financial acumen, including business case development, OPEX management, benefits tracking, and value realization.
  • Strong project management and governance capabilities, with proven experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly present data, context and implications to senior business leaders.
