Koch Engineered Solutions in Monterrey is seeking a Maintenance Manager to establish and run maintenance and facility operations at our new start-up site. You will lead maintenance programs, supervise technicians, and ensure safety and compliance to keep equipment reliable.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in facility management within manufacturing, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Travel is expected as the site scales.

• Proven experience in maintenance and facilities management in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement maintenance programs using the global EAM system.
• Oversee installation, inspection and maintenance of all plant equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and mgmt to support site objectives.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide training to enhance team capabilities.
• Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues promptly.
• Manage spendings for maintenance operations with cost-effective solutions.
• Lead maintenance technicians and foster safety and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S regulations and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and increase reliability.
• Stay informed about latest maintenance technologies and practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors to support equipment.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs utilizing the global EAM system to ensure optimal operation of equipment and facilities.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes, reduce downtime, and increase equipment reliability.
• Stay informed about the latest maintenance technologies and best practices, implementing relevant advancements when appropriate.
• Build and maintain relationships with equipment and service vendors to support plant equipment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Proven experience in maintenance and facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and tools.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Valid VISA and Passport.
• Availability to travel.
